So turns out I had configure and fix the updates, now my laptop's semi okay and functioning, but I've got to wait atleast for the next update so dell can unfuck everything :/ But it's a little functional, bearable I'd say, so that's good :)

Edit: I had to reset and reinstall windows, turns out it was being a bitch to me, now the laptop works, fuckin finally, but gotta reinstall shit...
